The staff at Park Avenue Plastic Surgery are described as AMAZING, Super sweet, and Super professional. They made patients feel comfortable and well-cared for during their procedures. Saira, a nurse practitioner, went above and beyond to ensure patients were comfortable during their appointments.
Communication and Miscommunication
However, some patients had issues with communication and miscommunication. Dr. Joseph was described as rude, condescending, and arrogant by one patient, who felt unworthy of his time and work. Another patient had issues with Dr. Joseph's office staff, who did not follow through on agreed-upon plans and charges.
Surgical Results
Some patients were very happy with their surgical results and would recommend Dr. Joseph to others. However, one patient was extremely unhappy with the outcome of her surgery, citing mistakes made by Dr. Joseph and his staff. She had to have additional procedures to correct the issues and is still unhappy with the results.
