Poor Experience at this Medical Office
Several reviewers have had a poorly received experience at this medical office. Many have expressed frustration with the staff's lack of attention and listening skills. One reviewer, Katie R, described a rude and unhelpful front desk staff, who seemed put off by her presence. She also mentioned that the doctor she saw, Britney Dobson MD, did not listen to her concerns and seemed more interested in running tests than addressing her specific issues.
Katie R also described a poor experience with the doctor's communication style, mentioning that she felt disrespected and not listened to. She felt that the doctor did not take her concerns seriously and was more interested in doing tests than trying to find a solution to her problems. Additionally, Katie R mentioned that she was not treated with respect and was left feeling frustrated and unheard.
Inconsistent Diagnosis and Treatment
Another reviewer, Phyllis S, expressed frustration with the office's inconsistent diagnosis and treatment. She mentioned that she went to the office for treatment for her severe dizziness and double vision, but was told that her issues were related to her inner ear, when in fact, it was related to other underlying conditions.
Excellent Care and Treatment

Sarah Smith Lintemuth, who also saw Dr. Ho, described him as "attentive", "compassionate", and "concerned". She credited Dr. Ho's care with saving her life from thyroid cancer.
