He was able to get an appointment almost immediately and was pleased with the results. Dissatisfactory Experience
However, not everyone has had a positive experience at Waters Edge Dermatology. Felicia K. gave a 1-star rating and described her visit as "dreadful." She was given a free body scan coupon and scheduled an appointment, but when she arrived, she was told that she could not have the scan and medical portion of the visit at the same time. The billing process was also problematic, and Felicia was charged nearly $600 for the scan and treatment. She alleged that the practice was dishonest and only cared about profit, rather than patient well-being.
