Doran R Stark

With over 20 years of experience and thousands of cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries performed, Dr. Stark is a leading figure in his field. He is the founder of the department of plastic surgery at the largest private clinic in Florida and has served as chairman of the Division of Plastic Surgery at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, one of the largest hospitals in Florida.

Dr. Stark graduated with honors from the University of Colorado Medical School in 1981 and completed his plastic surgery training at the University of Virginia. He has also undergone extensive additional training, including fellowships in craniofacial, hand, and microvascular surgery. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the only plastic surgery board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties. Dr. Stark is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the AMA, proudly displaying the ASPS symbol.

Dr. Stark performs surgery at his accredited office operating room with board-certified anesthesiologists and nurse anesthetists, ensuring absolute safety and privacy. Arrangements for hospital surgery with an overnight stay are also possible.

Dr. Stark specializes in various procedures including body contouring, breast surgery, facial surgery, and skin procedures. For body contouring, he offers abdominoplasty, arm and leg lifts, and liposuction, either individually or in combination, using general or local anesthesia. Options for a comfortable overnight stay can be arranged. Dr. Stark considers body contouring to be the art of body sculpture, one of his areas of expertise.
