Our History

With over two decades of experience, Rowley Plastic Surgery is one of the most respected plastic surgery practices in the greater Lubbock area. Our practice was founded by Dr. Milton Rowley in 1974, and since then, we have been committed to delivering the highest level of care and expertise to our patients.

Our Practice

Our team is led by Dr. Jane Rowley, a board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive training and experience. Dr. Rowley was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, and graduated from Monterey High School in 1982. She then went on to attend Creighton University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1985.
