I am very impressed with the care I received from Dr McKnight. He called and inquired about my well-being every time after surgeries. He provided me will his personal phone number and never failed to return my calls.

My first oral surgery today. The experience far exceeded my expectations. The staff is very professional, & quickly put my anxiety to rest prior to the procedure (Thank you, Jennifer!). Dr. Wallace again explained the goal, Paige explained the anesthetic prior to administering, & shortly out I went! Dr. Wallace was able to complete the extraction & implant in short order. Significant in that he was not sure he could do the implant till he extracted the tooth and was satisfied structure could hande implant.
While I recovered, the team explained to my wife post-op dietary and med disciplines - again - just to be sure.
This is a very "caring" staff operating with a "team" attitude. The day proceded after departure with no ill effects. And just to top it off, Dr. Wallace reached out to me later that evening to make certain all was good. I ended my day after thanking him and his team for the beautiful "best wishes for speedy recovery" plant delivered to our home from Dr. Wallace and the practice.
No one WANTS to have oral surgery. I wouldn't consider anyone else.

I am one who dreads going to the dentist or having any dental procedure, even teeth cleanings. I lost a crown three years ago and hesitated to have it replaced with an implant because I feared the pain during and after the procedure and the cost. To my surprise, yesterday Dr. Wallace and his team put me at ease in a room filled with positive energy prior to the surgery. He thoroughly explained the procedure, complete with a large screen showing images in 3D. I awoke post surgery with no pain or swelling and even today I'm in no pain or discomfort. I'm very appreciative of the prescreening that was informative and educational by his staff regarding my procedure. I have a new appreciation for dental surgery from the positive experience by Dr. Wallace and amazing his team at Dallas Oral Surgery Associates.

Dr. Wallace and his team took excellent care of me as a new patient, got me in for a consultation quickly and explained everything as went with the utmost care for my situation. Dr. Wallace is a stand-up guy and made me feel comfortable about eased my nerves from the beginning. 10 out of 10 for him and his team. I would absolutely recommend him for the best care in town.

Dr.Wallace and his staff were absolutely EXCELLENT. I had my wisdom teeth removed and they were very clear and straightforward from the start about treatments costs scheduling and post surgical timelines and treatments. I had all 4 removed within an hour and was sent home with a pint of ice cream and tons of info on when to take what meds and care instructions. Throughout my week of recovery I suffered no pain whatsoever other than a bit of soreness but compared to other wisdom tooth recover stories Ive heard Ill take that any day. On top of this Dr. Wallace personally reached out after a day or two to check on my recovery and answered any or all questions any time of day even late night and was always just a text away if I had any concerns and was very swift to reply. 10000/10 would recommend him or any of his staff.

Dr. John Wallace & his staff made the 8 hour round trip worth it!

I was referred to Dr. Wallace by my dentist. I had to get a tooth extracted and an implant due to a failed root canal. From the very beginning, I knew I was in great hands and had nothing to worry about, especially being in the car for 4 hours right after surgery. Every single staff member I interacted with was extremely communicative, kind, & professional. They made sure I felt comfortable and answered any/all questions I had. The procedure itself went smooth. I didnt have any pain and hardly any swelling, you couldnt even tell I had surgery! I will definitely be returning for any future oral surgical needs and will recommend Dr. Wallace and his team to anyone and everyone I know!

As fearful and anxious as I am about dental work I found my experience at Dallas Oral Surgery to be painless and pleasant. Dr. McKnight and his medical team explained the procedure in detail, answering all my questions and concerns which calmed my nerves and anxiety. This place is incredible! I had extractions done on 3/20/26 and the process couldn't have gone better. Dr. McKnight is a kind, compassionate and knowledgeable professional and Tanner (assistant) is the most helpful and and nicest person I've met in a long time. Lyndsay (CRNA) immediately put me at ease with her warm smile and confidence. Lastly, Diana couldn't do enough to ensure that my procedure went smoothly. Thank you!!!

My dentist recommended Dr Wallace for my implant. I checked his reviews which were all amazing. I was also drawn to the fact that he uses a surgery center and has an anesthesiologist. I researched a few other oral surgeons, but I decided to go with him and he has exceeded my expectations! His implant work was excellent. His team is professional, friendly and extremely efficient. They sent me flowers (thats never happened!) and Dr Wallace contacted me personally by text the evening after my surgery to see how I was doing. Another first for me. The entire experience has been amazing. I highly recommend Dr Wallace and his staff!

I had an amazing experience. Early last week I had massive headaches and a fever and not sure what it was. Within a day the team got me in for a consultation and I was able to schedule my surgery within a week. Dr. McKnight and the team were so patient and understanding knowing this was my first surgery ever and that I was terrified. I am in less pain now than I was before the surgery last week and I could not be anymore grateful for how well the team handled everything. Thank you!!

I had a dental extraction done here. Dr Mcknight is extremely professional and caring. The extraction itself was very smooth and easier than expected. The aftercare instructions were also very clear and Dr. Mcknight was always available on phone and provided constant consultation on phone which made the whole process very easy and smooth. I would surely recommend anyone who wants to get a dental treatment and wants to be in good hands

I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted here and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Wallace and his entire team, including Tanner and Lindsay, were very caring. My operation was smooth and recovery has been pain-free, outside of the typical swelling.

The highlight for me as actually a post-op complication I had. More than a week after my procedure, I had some mouth bleeding start-up overnight that I was not able to control. I texted Dr. Wallace and he promptly replied (at 7am!!) and gave me advice on how to stop it. When I wasn't able to stop the bleeding after 5+ hours, Dr. Wallace actually offered to meet me in his office (on a Sunday morning!!!) and examine my situation in-person. He quickly fixed me up and stopped the bleeding and explained what happened (likely a popped artery as my mouth was healing).
This is an entirely different level of care to experience. I was so blown away that he took the time out of his weekend to see me and make sure I was doing ok. He honestly saved me a trip to the ER or urgent care, and I felt very reassured under his care. He even checked in later that day to see if I was still doing well!!

Dr Wallace and his associates have been so kind. The girls that helped me through my surgery were the best. I am so appreciative of their kindness and Dr Wallace's patience. Even after surgery, Dr Wallace was on call and was so patient. I ended up home with some cool swag on my shoe and a tub of ice cream! Having my wisdom teeth taken out after the old age of 35, this was the best experience.

We had such a great experience with Dallas Oral Surgery Associates. We were able to schedule my daughters surgery shortly after her office consultation. From the office staff to the surgical team, everyone has been absolutely wonderful and welcoming. Dr. Wallace and CRNA, Lindsay took excellent care of my daughter. I felt completely at peace that she was in the best and safest care with them. I am so glad I came here and wouldnt have wanted to go anywhere else.
