Our Services

Our surgical services include cosmetic and functional blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), ptosis surgery (droopy eyelid correction), brow lift, and orbital tumor removal. We also offer non-surgical options such as Botox/Dysport for wrinkle reduction, dermal fillers for volume restoration, and Kybella for double chin reduction.
In addition to our cosmetic services, we also offer a variety of medical procedures to address various eye conditions. These include the treatment of anophthalmos (absence of one or both eyes), brow ptosis (drooping eyebrows), chalazion (eyelid cysts), congenital ptosis (droopy eyelids at birth), dermatochalasis (excess eyelid skin), dry eyes, ectropion (outward turning of the eyelid), entropion (inward turning of the eyelid), eyelid laxity, eyelid retraction, lagophthalmos (inability to close the eyelid completely), orbital infection and inflammation, orbital tumors, ptosis (drooping eyelids), skin cancer, tearing, thyroid eye disease, trauma, and trichiasis (inward turning of eyelashes).
Meet Our Surgeon, Dr. Laura Phan
Dr. Laura Phan is an oculofacial plastic surgeon who specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelid, orbit, and face. She completed a fellowship in oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Phan is passionate about helping her patients achieve a natural and youthful appearance. She understands that the eyes are the jewels of the body and appreciates their central role in youth and beauty. Through her expertise, she helps turn back time, starting with eyelid rejuvenation with noninvasive treatment and/or minimal invasive surgery.
Meet Our Staff
Our staff is dedicated to providing you with the highest level of care and attention. We have a team of experienced professionals who are committed to ensuring that your experience with us is comfortable and stress-free. Our administrative/billing specialist, Lisa, has completed her billing and medical coding certification and has been with us since 2012. She is an expert in navigating the nuances of insurance plans and is always available to help our patients with any billing or insurance-related questions. Our clinical coordinator, Rochella, has a B.S. in Human Development from the University of California at Davis and is currently applying to physician assistant programs. She finds fulfillment in advocating for patients and guiding them through surgery.

We are conveniently located at 20398 Blauer Drive in Saratoga, CA. Our office is easily accessible from both Highway 85 and Highway 17. Our location features ample parking and a comfortable waiting area.
