However, one reviewer, Dustin Merkley, had a negative experience. He was previously a patient of Dr. Gretchen Taylor, who left Restore SD to pursue her own practice. After her departure, he reported feeling unwelcome and unprofessional treatment by the management and Dr. Gallus. He accused them of being "money hungry" and mentioned having issues with billing and communication. He ultimately left Restore SD to find a new provider, stating that he would not recommend Dr. Gallus or her team to anyone.
